Ingredients

Sugar, refined wheat flour, cocoa powder, corn starch, salt, baking powder, baking soda, vanilla powder, xanthan gum and citric acid.

How to Prepare

1. Prepare the batter: Empty the 1 kg pack into a bowl. Add 320 ml oil or melted (vegan) butter and 360 ml water. Mix until smooth and glossy. Do not overmix.
2. Bake: Pour the batter into a greased and lined baking tin. Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 20–22 minutes.
3. Cool and serve: Allow the brownies to cool completely before removing them from the tin. Cut into squares and enjoy.
