Refund policy
At Plant Yum, we take great care in ensuring that our products reach you in the best possible condition. Since our products are perishable, we do not accept returns or provide refunds once an order is confirmed. However, we are happy to assist in the following cases:
1. Damaged or Defective Product
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at info@kindledfoods.com with:
- Order number
- Clear images of the invoice, outer packaging, and damaged product
- Unboxing video showing the issue
Once verified, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost.
2. Missing Product
If an item from your order is missing, notify us within 2 days of delivery at info@kindledfoods.com with:
- Order number
- Image of the invoice and outer packaging
- Unboxing video showing all received items
We will review the case and send the missing item if the claim is valid.
3. Expired or Spoiled Product
If you receive a product that is expired or spoiled, reach out to us within 2 days of delivery at info@kindledfoods.com with:
- Order number
- Date of packaging/manufacture visible on the product
- Clear images or a video of the affected product
After verification, we will replace the product if necessary.
Response Time
We will respond within 24 to 48 hours via the same email or channel through which the request was raised.
Important Notes:
- No returns or refunds are accepted for reasons related to personal taste preferences, texture, color, or aroma variations, as our products are made with natural ingredients.
- Refunds are only considered if a replacement is not possible.
- Claims made after 2 days of delivery will not be accepted.
- Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
