- Empty the premix into a bowl. Gradually add 45ml of water and 10ml of oil, knead until a soft dough forms.
- Add another 45ml of water, continue kneading by adding 5ml of oil until the dough is smooth.
- Shape the dough into medium - sized balls and fry until golden brown.
- Soak the fried gulab jamuns in warm sugar syrup and serve.
